# Galantis Marketing

> Galantis Marketing helps your store sell and support customers on WhatsApp, from your own WhatsApp Business number.

Galantis Marketing connects your own WhatsApp Business number to your store, so you can send campaigns, run automations and answer customers on WhatsApp in one place.

## What it does

* **Automations** send the right message when something happens in your store: an abandoned checkout, a new order, a product back in stock.
* **Built-in automations** send order confirmation, shipping and delivery updates, and are never counted as automations on your plan. Order confirmations need no consent; shipping and delivery updates reach only customers who said yes to Shipping updates.
* **Campaigns** go to your **Contacts**, **Lists** and **Segments**.
* A shared team **Inbox** lets you answer customers together, with unlimited members.
* On your store: sign-up **Forms**, **Back in stock** alerts and a **WhatsApp chat** button that opens WhatsApp.
* **WhatsApp Flows** are forms and experiences completed inside the chat, and Judge.me review invites ask for reviews in WhatsApp.
* Consent is recorded per topic, and every opt-out is honoured.
* Your customer data is stored in the EU.

## What you need

* A Shopify store, if you sell on Shopify. Connecting a store is optional; you can also create an account on the Galantis website.
* A WhatsApp Business account and a phone number for it that you will use through Galantis only: it cannot stay in the WhatsApp Business app. You can create the account while you connect. See [Connect WhatsApp](/galantis/marketing/whatsapp/connect).
* A payment method on your WhatsApp Business account in Meta, because Meta bills the messages you send.

## What it costs

Free costs \$0, Pro \$59 per month, Scale \$179 per month. Prices are in USD. There is no trial on any plan: Free has no end date.
