# Install and sign in

> Install Galantis Marketing from the Shopify App Store, open it from your Shopify admin, and sign in with a link sent to your e-mail.

Galantis Marketing runs in your browser. On Shopify, you install it from the Shopify App Store and open it from your Shopify admin. You can also create an account on the Galantis website without Shopify.

## Install from the Shopify App Store

    In the [Shopify App Store](https://apps.shopify.com), find Galantis: WhatsApp Marketing and install it. Shopify asks you to approve the app for your store.

    After the install, Shopify sends you to Galantis, which shows "Connecting your store to Galantis. Please keep this tab open."

  <Step title="Start in your workspace">
    If the install created a new Galantis account for your store's e-mail address, Galantis signs you in to it and opens your store's workspace. Continue with [the setup guide](/galantis/marketing/get-started/setup-guide).

If your store's e-mail address already has a Galantis account (for example, because you created one on the Galantis website), the install does not sign you in. Galantis shows "Already using Galantis? Sign in with your existing account." Enter your **Email**, select **Sign in to claim this shop**, and open the link in the e-mail from Galantis. Galantis then asks you to link the shop to your account: select **Accept** to become the owner of the store's workspace and open it, or **Decline**. Nothing is linked unless you accept. The store's workspace stays separate from any workspace you already have, and the request stays open for 7 days.

The one-time sign-in that follows a fresh install with a new account is valid for 10 minutes and works once. If it has expired, Galantis says "This sign-in link is no longer valid — reopen Galantis from your Shopify admin to sign in again."

## Open Galantis from your Shopify admin

Galantis opens in your browser, not inside the Shopify admin. Each time you open it from your Shopify admin, Galantis takes you to your store's workspace:

* If this browser is already working in the store's workspace, you go straight to the store's card in **Settings** → **Connections**.
* If you are working in another workspace and are also a member of the store's workspace, Galantis asks whether to open the store's workspace or stay where you are.
* Otherwise, Galantis shows "Already using Galantis? Sign in with your existing account." Enter your **Email** and select **Sign in**. Galantis says it has sent you a magic link; open the e-mail from Galantis and click the link. The link takes you on to the store's workspace.

## Sign in with an e-mail link

    Galantis shows **Magic link sent**. Open the e-mail from Galantis and click the link.

    The link opens **Signing you in** and then your workspace.

If the link has expired, Galantis says "Authentication link has expired. Please request a new one." Enter your e-mail address again to get a new link.

## Create an account without Shopify

1. On the sign-in page, under "Don't have a Galantis account?", select **Let's get started**.
2. Fill in **First name**, **Last name**, **Company name** and **Company email**, and select **Get started**. By doing so you agree to the Galantis Terms and Privacy Policy.
3. Galantis sends a confirmation link to that address. Click it to finish creating your account.

## Accept an invitation

When a member of a workspace invites you, you get an e-mail with a link.

1. Open the link. The page **You've been invited** shows who invited you, your role and your e-mail address.
2. If you are new to Galantis, enter your **First name** and **Last name** and select **Complete**. If you already have a Galantis account, select **Accept**.

If the page says "This invitation link is no longer valid. Ask the person who invited you to send a new one.", ask for a new invitation.
