Included Conversations are a platform allowance (use-it-or-lose-it monthly). They are not “free WhatsApp sends” and do not replace Meta billing.
Conversations: the short definition
A Conversation is a Galantis platform usage unit tied to DELIVERED WhatsApp template messages (campaigns + automation flows).- Counted only when a message is DELIVERED
- Not counted for drafts/preview, failed sends, or undelivered messages
- Usage may vary by destination country and template category
- Meta charges are separate and billed directly by Meta
