Galantis billing involves two separate invoices that are always independent of each other. Meta bills WhatsApp messaging charges directly — you must maintain a valid payment method in Meta Business Manager. Galantis bills the platform — this covers your subscription plan, Conversations tier, and any add-ons. Conversations are a Galantis platform unit, not WhatsApp credits.

What Meta bills

Meta charges for WhatsApp messaging based on destination country and template category. These charges are billed directly in Meta Business Manager billing.
Galantis does not collect Meta WhatsApp messaging charges from you. Those charges do not appear as Galantis line items.

What Galantis bills

Galantis bills for:
  • Core App plan (Starter / Growth / Scale / Enterprise)
  • Conversations (plan included allowance + optional monthly tier)
  • Add-ons (Inbox agent seats, Back-in-Stock subscribers, etc.)
See invoice examples: Invoices & line items

Getting started (billing-ready setup)

1

Connect Meta Business + WhatsApp Business Account

Connect your Meta Business to Galantis. Your WABA must be approved and usable for sending.
2

Add a payment method in Meta

Meta bills WhatsApp messaging charges directly. A valid Meta payment method is required for real sending.
3

Start the free trial

The trial includes full access and 10 free platform Conversations (Galantis platform usage only).
4

Choose your plan and (recommended) a monthly Conversations tier

Plans include a small Conversation allowance. For production sending, a monthly tier helps prevent campaign blocking.

Plans & included Conversations

All plans include WhatsApp integration, Shopify sync, and analytics.
PlanPrice / monthIncluded ConversationsIncludes
Starter$3950Campaigns + Automation Flows (1) + Meta Catalog
Growth$79250Campaigns + Automation Flows (5) + Meta Catalog
Scale$1791,000Campaigns + Automation Flows (20) + Meta Catalog + AI + Inbox Module (1 seat)
Enterprise$3992,000Campaigns + Automation Flows (Unlimited) + Meta Catalog + AI + Inbox Module (1 seat) + Back in Stock (lowest plan) + Dedicated onboarding partner manager + Higher default WhatsApp spend cap
Included Conversations are a platform allowance (use-it-or-lose-it monthly). They are not “free WhatsApp sends” and do not replace Meta billing.

Conversations: the short definition

A Conversation is a Galantis platform usage unit tied to DELIVERED WhatsApp template messages (campaigns + automation flows).
  • Counted only when a message is DELIVERED
  • Not counted for drafts/preview, failed sends, or undelivered messages
  • Usage may vary by destination country and template category
  • Meta charges are separate and billed directly by Meta
Full explanation: What is a Conversation?

Monthly tiers (the dropdown)

Most merchants choose a monthly Conversations tier (Micro/XS/S/…) to avoid blocking when sending larger campaigns.
  • Billed monthly
  • No rollover
  • Upgrades persist until manually downgraded

Send-time estimation & instant upgrades

Before you send a campaign, Galantis estimates the Conversations required based on:
  • estimated recipients
  • template category
  • destination mix (when available)
If your remaining Conversations are insufficient, we prompt an upgrade immediately. After upgrading, you can continue sending. Final usage is reconciled on DELIVERED status. Details: Usage & blocking
