Creating a Rule
- Navigate to the Master Rules section.
- Click Add Rule.
- Enter a rule name and description.
- Select the Entity Type:
- Product
- Order
- Customer
Conditions
Conditions define when a rule should be applied. A condition consists of:- Project Field
- Operator (equals, contains, greater than, etc.)
- Value
- AND
- OR
Actions
Actions define what happens when conditions are met. An action consists of:- Action Type (Set Field Value, Copy From Field, Replace Text, etc.)
- A Project Field
- A Value
- Additional parameters
