Introduction
The contact page provides customers with a way to reach you for inquiries, support, or feedback. You can customize the form fields and optionally display a map for your store location.PATH: Online Store > Themes > Customize > Template Selector > Pages > Contact
Contact form
The contact page includes a built-in form that you can customize using blocks.Field
Each field block adds an input to the form.| Setting | Description |

| Block width | Sets the field width: Full or Half. |
| Label | Text displayed above the field. (*required) |
| Type | Input types:

| Required field | When enabled, the customer must fill out the field before submitting the form. |
| Checked field | When enabled, automatically selects the first option for Choice-type fields. |
| Placeholder | Optional placeholder text inside the field. |
| Binding | Connects the field to Shopify’s built-in customer fields (applies only to normal text fields). Email, Name, First name, Last name, Customer ID, Phone, Last order |
| Form options | For Choice-type fields, add upto 4 options for customers to select from. |
Map
You can include an optional map to display your physical store location.| Setting | Description |

| Google Maps API key | Required to enable the map. |
| Address | Uses the shop address by default. Can be manually overridden. Format: street, city, country/state. |
| Zoom | Controls the initial zoom level. |
