How Inbox usage is counted
An Inbox Thread represents a support thread handled in the Inbox module. Each agent seat includes 500 threads per month. Usage beyond the included amount is billed as overage in 500-thread blocks using the tiered rates above.Where to track Inbox usage
Go to Billing → Usage to see:- Active agent seats
- Included threads
- Current usage
- Overage totals (if applicable)
How Inbox appears on your invoice
Inbox charges appear on the Galantis (Shopify) invoice as:- “Inbox Agent Seat — N × $19 / month”
- “Inbox Overage — X × (500 thread blocks)”
