Galantis billing involves two separate invoices that are always independent. Meta bills WhatsApp messaging charges directly in Meta Business Manager. Galantis bills your platform subscription, Conversation tiers, and add-ons through Shopify. Neither invoice contains the other’s charges.Documentation Index

Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades can occur at send-time if a campaign needs more Conversations. The upgrade becomes active immediately and remains active going forward. Downgrades are a manual action in Billing. We recommend making downgrades effective at the start of the next billing cycle.Billing overview
